How the teams reacted on the Bahrain Friday practice

The long wait is finally over and it is time to go racing again. Formula One is officially back with this weekend’s Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix set to host the season-opening event of the 2021 F1 season. Just a week and a bit after the extremely short pre-season testing, teams and drivers conquered the Bahrain International Circuit today oce again to check the modification that they have made to their cars in the build up to the season-opener in Manama. The Friday practice session delivered a similar picture to that experienced over the three days of winter testing with Mercedes and Red Bull clearly leading the pack.
