Ferrari unfairly targeted claims team sporting director

From 2021 onwards Formula 1 teams will be restricted to spending just $145 million per season. While this is sure to benefit some teams, others such as Mercedes, Red Bull, and Ferrari will have to change their approach thus leading to a somewhat unfair handicap at least in the view of Ferrari's sporting director Mekies.
