Hamilton explains changes to management team

The Mercedes driver recently parted ways with right hand man and friend Marc Hynes, who he had worked with for several years. Hynes - a former British Formula 3 champion - had helped Hamilton to run his 'Project 44' management company, but Hamilton insists that the split was amicable and that he is now focusing on restructuring.
