Russell: 'We've traded downforce for sensitivity'.

Williams enters the new Formula 1 season with a new tactic. The team admits that it will not be at the front of the grid, but hopes that the new strategy, which involves more downforce and wind resistance, will avoid the last spot. Russell already knows that he will have a challenge. The Williams car for 2021 drove its first metres on the Bahrain circuit last weekend with George Russell at the wheel. Russell set a strong time of 1:30.117, just a tenth of a second slower than champion Lewis Hamilton.
