Kubica confirmed for ELMS programme

Alfa Romeo test driver Robert Kubica will contest the 2021 European Le Mans Series with WRT in the LMP2 prototype division. WRT are gearing up for their first full season in the LMP2 class and have confirmed they will enter one ORECA-Gibson 07 alongside a single-car entry in the World Endurance Championship. The team also have the opportunity to contest the 24 Hours of Le Mans with their ELMS car. Kubica is set to compete in all six rounds of the European Le Mans Series, while also continuing with Alfa Romeo as their reserve and test driver. 'I am very happy to join Team WRT for what is a new chapter in my career and a new challenge also for the team,' said Kubica in an official statement....
