Ferrari sets SF21 launch date after first fire-up

Ferrari has become the latest team to confirm its launch plans ahead of the 2021 Formula 1 season. The manufacturer announced that its SF21 will be unveiled on February 26, with a team launch on March 10, both of which will take place online. The SF21 was fired up for the first time on Friday morning at its Maranello base. “Our 2021 season starts here”, said Ferrari Team Principal Mattia Binotto, addressing the outfit’s workforce via video link. “We can expect plenty of challenges along the way and we are determined to do better.
