Verstappen: Red Bull can give Mercedes a harder time in 2021

Max Verstappen believes that Red Bull can push Mercedes harder in 2021 after finishing as runners-up to the German manufacturer last season. Verstappen finished third in the drivers' title, just nine points adrift of Valtteri Bottas, but Red Bull ended the year 254 points behind their rivals, who have now won seven consecutive constructors' championships. Next season will be the Milton Keynes outfit's last with Honda as a power supplier, with doubts remaining over how they will proceed once the Japanese manufacturer leave the sport, but Verstappen is hopeful they can make up ground.
