Haas hope to guide Mick down same path as Leclerc
Haas boss Guenther Steiner is hoping they can guide Mick Schumacher down the same Formula 1 path as current Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc. Leclerc got his first taste of a Formula 1 weekend when he tested for Haas during the 2016 season before landing a drive with Sauber in 2018. A breakout first year from the Monegasque driver prompted Ferrari to bring their academy product straight into the senior team to replace Kimi Raikkonen and Haas would like to provide that same platform for Schumacher now he is officially part of the Formula 1 grid.
