Pirelli reveal cause of Verstappen’s race-ending Imola F1 tyre failure

Formula 1 tyre supplier Pirelli has revealed that cuts in the tread and sidewall led to Max Verstappen’s race-ending issue at the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix. Check out the Crash F1 YouTube channel - CLICK HERE The Red Bull driver looked to be in contention for a possible victory in Imola having found a way past Valtteri Bottas’ Mercedes in the closing stages of the race, before a dramatic puncture sent him spinning off into the gravel and out of the race.
