Mercedes joke about extension of Hamilton contract causes confusion

Lewis Hamilton has officially only been a driver of the Mercedes Formula 1 team for a few months because his contract has not yet been renewed. Last weekend Hamilton said something remarkable at the press conference, keeping a close eye on everything around the world champion. The social media team at the German race stable also experienced this.
