Hulkenberg will not be called again this season by Marko
Because a corona test on Alexander Albon did not give an unambiguous result, Red Bull Racing had to start thinking about a possible replacement for the British/Thai driver. Because Sette Camara was on her way to Japan, Nico Hulkenberg was called by Helmut Marko. Corona substitute Hulkenberg was of course willing to join Red Bull, but as Albon turned out not to have a corona after all, Hulkenberg's services were no longer needed and he was eventually able to fill in at Racing Point. Hulkenberg doesn't have to expect such a phone call this season, as Red Bull has now appointed a permanent corona replacement.
