‘Only human' Hamilton pledges to learn from Sochi penalties

Mercedes’ Lewis Hamilton has vowed to learn following the penalties he received at the Russian Grand Prix last Sunday, insisting he’s “only human”. The six-time world champion was taken out of a race-winning position at Sochi after he was handed two five-second time penalties for practicing a start at the end of the pit lane and for not keeping to a constant speed at the pit exit. Hamilton also received two penalty points as part of his punishment, however they were later rescinded and Mercedes was instead fined 25,000.
