Renault request withdrawal from RP20 protest

Renault has announced that they have formally requested to withdraw their appeal against the FIA's decision over Racing Point's illegal brake ducts. The Enstone team and Ferrari were poised for a date with Racing Point at the International Court of Appeal after the FIA fined Racing Point 400,000 Euros and deducted 15 points from their Constructors' points total after their rear brake ducts were found to be in breach of the Sporting Regulations. Renault and Ferrari were unhappy with the punishment and wanted further clarity on what can and cannot be copied from another Formula 1 car; Racing Point, meanwhile, appealed to give themselves an opportunity to clear their name as they continue to...
