Hülkenberg official reserve driver Racing Point? "I'll have to ask him"
Racing Point does not have an official reserve driver at the moment. The team usually shares the reserve drivers with Mercedes. Now team boss Otmar Szafnauer seems happy to accept Nico Hülkenberg as official reserve driver. An own reserve for Racing Point "The probability of us needing both reserves or them needing both reserves is close to zero, which is why we decided to share", said Szafnauer at the press conference on Friday. “Stoffel was not available, Esteban was but so was Nico and so our choice was between Esteban and Nico. As for having our own, maybe after these two races or so perhaps Nico will want to become our reserve. I’ll have to ask him”,...
