Kubica gets FP1 outing at scene of F1 race debut

Robert Kubica will drive Alfa Romeo’s C39 during Friday practice at the Hungaroring, the scene of his Formula 1 debut for the team back in 2006. Kubica, 35, joined Alfa Romeo as its reserve driver for the 2020 campaign and sampled its C39 during pre-season testing in Spain and in FP1 at the Styrian Grand Prix.
