Bottas feeling good after taking season opening pole in Austria

Valtteri Bottas finished second behind Lewis Hamilton in all three free practice sessions, but the Mercedes driver came out on top when he had to. With minimal difference, he managed to beat his British teammate to pole at the Red Bull Ring on Saturday afternoon. "It feels very good," Bottas explains after achieving pole position. "I've missed this feeling lately. I've been preparing for this for so long." The Finnish driver thanked his team for the excellent work over the past few months, saying: "We seem to be in our own league. Thanks to everyone on the team. It's a great car to drive."
