Mark Webber predicts another Mercedes dominated season

Mark Webber believes that Mercedes will once again have the upper hand in 2020 following pre season testing, which saw Ferrari seemingly struggle with Mercedes still quickest. Webber previously said that Ferrari would be the better car this season, but now says Mercedes will be too good. The Silver Arrows have dominated since the rule changes in 2014, winning every drivers' and constructors' title since, with Lewis Hamilton taking five of those.
