Binotto: 'Women should be part of the Ferrari Academy'

Ferrari boss Mattia Binotto targets the addition of female drivers to the Ferrari Academy as the W Series shines a light on a largely untapped talent pool. Williams have showcased Susie Wolff, Alfa Romeo Tatiana Calderon and Formula One teams have female drivers within their ranks, but Ferrari are the first to come out and openly say that they are looking specifically for a female driving talent to join their academy.
