Bottas to take grid penalty in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi Grand Prix – Mercedes' Valtteri Bottas will be starting the race at Yas Marina from the bottom half of the grid, due to an engine penalty. Valtteri Bottas will be taking a grid penalty for this weekend's Abu Dhabu Grand Prix at the Yas Marina Circuit. The Finn needs to take a fresh power unit as a result of the failure he encountered during the Brazilian Grand Prix. Bottas had been on schedule to finish out the season with three power units used, as prescribed by the rules, but an oil consumption issue resulted in a failure some fifteen laps from the finish at Interlagos two weeks ago.
