Mercedes reveal bizarre reason for Hamilton's poor USA qualifying

Mercedes have revealed that Lewis Hamilton accidentally activating a different setting on his steering wheel was down to his struggles for pace in qualifying for the United States Grand Prix. While Valtteri Bottas took pole, Hamilton was only good enough for P5 on the grid, having had to abort his final run after a lacklustre first effort.
