Ricciardo to sport new helmet design in Texas
Daniel Ricciardo's helmt for this weekend Daniel Ricciardo will sport a new helmet design this weekend in deference to the Texas Longhorns, a college football team from the University of Texas. This weekend's United States Grand Prix is set to take part at the Circuit of the Americas, not far from the University's campus in Austin. Ricciardo's new colours mimic those of the Longhorns', including the American football style grille painted onto the chin of the Australian's helmet. 'The long and short of it is: I love Austin,' said Ricciardo by way of explanation.
