Alexander Albon gets chassis change after Mexico practice crash

Alexander Albon will use a different chassis for the remainder of the Mexican Grand Prix weekend in the wake of his crash during second practice. Albon lost control of his RB15 through Turn 8 early into the second session and hit the barriers, causing substantial damage to the right-front of the car. Red Bull elected to undertake a change of chassis overnight and the car has now been scrutineered ahead of Saturday’s third practice session. Speaking about the accident Albon, who has never before raced in Mexico, said: “It did go really quick, I wasn't expecting it to go like that. “It was just a bit of a careless mistake, used a bit too much track.
