Romain Grosjean adamant Haas can avoid 2020 repeat
Romain Grosjean has asserted that Haas can avoid a repeat of its 2019 slump in form, as it continues in its bid to get on top of its recalcitrant VF-19. For much of the campaign Haas has been a competitive force in the midfield but has regressed in race trim. Haas, which finished fifth in last year’s Constructors’ Championship, is a low-key ninth, and has finished in the points just once across the past nine grands prix. Haas has accepted that its in-season development has failed to yield the desired gains, with Grosjean running the Melbourne-spec car in Britain, Germany and Hungary.
