F1 Gossip: Marko explains decision to drop Gasly
- Red Bull advisor Helmut Marko says the team "had to react" and swap Pierre Gasly out for Alexander Albon after his difficult start to the season, citing some of the weak areas for the Frenchman (Auto Bild) - Speaking for the first time since Gasly's exit and Albon's appointment, Max Verstappen was fairly non-plussed about who he would be partnered with at Red Bull - but said it was a shame for Gasly (De Telegraaf) - Gasly reportedly only learned of his demotion from Red Bull to Toro Rosso a few hours before the announcement was made (RMC Sport) - Lewis Hamilton has targeted a qualifying improvement through the remainder of the F1 season, having taken pole at just one-third...
