Kvyat drops to the back for French GP

A complete engine change for Toro Rosso's Daniil Kvyat means he will start the French GP from the back of the grid. Honda have introduced their Spec 3 engine for this weekend, touting its increased power output. Kvyat, along with Red Bull's Max Verstappen and Pierre Gasly have all taken on new components, but with a penalty already looming for Kvyat, he is also running a new MGU-K, Energy Store and Control Electronics.
