Seidl: Results of McLaren's restructure will only show in 2020

Andreas Seidl says the results from McLaren's management restructure will only start to tell in 2020 despite an improved car in the 2019 Formula 1 season. The team principal started work at the Woking-based team in May. Seidl was part of the restructuring, as was technical director James Kay who started his role in January. This time last year, McLaren had virtually stopped scoring because of a fundamental problem on their car.
