Giovinazzi: It's too early to judge me yet
Antonio Giovinazzi says it is too early to be speaking about his replacement. The Italian joined Alfa Romeo after a pair of one-off races back in 2017 covering for Pascal Wehrlein at Sauber. Having joined the team from GP2, Giovinazzi believes that he has not had enough time Formula 1 to really have a conclusive view on his talents. He replaced Marcus Ericsson, who now finds himself in IndyCar full-time this year, for the Hinwil-based team and insists that his future is not under any danger yet. "I'm not worried, six races are too few to prove their worth. For now I try to do my job well and then we'll see," he is quoted by Italian Motorsport.com. "I trust the team and the...
