Williams bring Head back to assist
There’s been a lot of changes at Williams F1 in the past 12 months and the most recent has many wondering just what the team will do to turn things around in 2019. With the abrupt departure of Paddy Lowe, the team are struggling with their car this season. Missing some of the pre-season testing, frustrated drivers and other issues have many wondering if the team can be turned around. I’ve advocated for a change at the top of this team for three years now and it hasn’t been a well-received message but I stand by the fact that when the team is struggling, you don’t fire the team, you fire the coach and shake things up.
