Brawn targetting improved Pirelli tyres
F1 managing director Ross Brawn says that he is aiming to help Pirelli introduce a newer compound of tyre that will help in generating better racing. Brawn says there needs to be a balance between degradation and durability which F1 needs to help the Italian manufacturer find. Speaking after the Mexican Grand Prix, Brawn said that the balance between saving tyres and using the tyres more effectively led to different approaches in strategy during the race.
