F1 to relaunch old timing app after complaints

Formula One has launched a live timing application on IOS and Android following its new update that received mass criticism from F1 fans. The update meant that the version of the app only showed seven of the drivers instead of the 20 drivers on the grid and this meant there was some angry fans. However, F1 have acted with this admitting that they made a "mistake" and have now gone back to the previous version of the app. "The launch of our new F1 app didn't quite live up to your expectations, and live timing didn't deliver the great mobile F1 experience you previously enjoyed," a statement read.
