VIDEO: Hamilton's race-winning move past Raikkonen

After Lewis Hamilton and Sebastian Vettel's crash on the opening corner of the Italian Grand Prix, it became a straight shoot-out between the Brit and Kimi Raikkonen for the chequered flag, and in the end it was a late move from Hamilton past the Finn which clinched the win.
