Vettel believes Ferrari can 'make things happen' after summer break

Sebastian Vettel is currently second in the drivers' standings and he believes that his Ferrari side can "make things happen" when the summer break is over. Ferrari driver Vettel's last couple of races have been difficult ones, with Lewis Hamilton, his arch-rival - winning both and overtaking him in the drivers' standings.
