Ricciardo set to earn £20 million per year at Renault
Waking up this morning and you might be checking if yesterday’s shock deal really happened. Well, nothing has changed and in fact, more details about the contract deal have been confirmed. According to SportsMail, Daniel Ricciardo will earn £20 million a year at French outfit Renault. This goes against the previous ideology Jerome Stoll said. The Renault boss wanted to prove he could achieve strong success on a low budget. To add to the report, Christian Horner confirmed he was just as shocked as the rest of the F1 world when the Australian told him the news. He confirms Ricciardo told him the day before. “I thought he was making a joke,” Horner told SportsMail....
