Ricciardo quickest in opening Hungary practice

Daniel Ricciardo set the pace through opening practice for the Hungarian Grand Prix, edging out Ferrari Formula 1 rival Sebastian Vettel and Red Bull teammate Max Verstappen by less than one-tenth of a second. 2014 Hungary winner Ricciardo managed to narrowly finish fastest in a close-fought FP1, with his fastest lap of 1m17.613s giving him top spot by just 0.079 seconds ahead of Vettel in second place. 5774263478001 CrashTV:  Ricciardo managed to set his best lap time on the Soft compound tyre, while Vettel's best effort came on the quicker Ultrasofts, although his lap was compromised by traffic.
