Disastrous weekend for Williams as team hit new low

For every winner, there has to be a loser and Williams certainly fell the wrong side of that saying last weekend. Sergey Sirotkin and Lance Stroll both finished outside the points again after a troubled Grand Prix from start to finish.  Paddy Lowe, technical director, was left to sum up the race. Before it had even started, Williams hampered Sirotkin’s race. He was given a penalty as his tires weren’t fitted to the car within the 3-minute window prior to the race.  “Unfortunately, we suffered a wheel assembly problem on the grid with Sergey’s car which meant we fitted the wheels after the three-minute deadline,” said Paddy Lowe.  “His race...
