Alonso rues lack of rain in Spain

Spanish Grand Prix – McLaren's Fernando Alonso brought home points in P8 on Sunday, but said he had hoped for more. Alonso just about managed to avoid being caught up in the Lap 1 melee that eliminated three cars when Romain Grosjean lost control of his Haas. The Spaniard had started the race on the SuperSoft tyres and appeared to struggle with grip initially, losing positions and even struggling to stay on track through the first corner.
