Jack Aitken to test for Renault in Spain

Spanish Grand Prix – Formula 2 racer Jack Aitken will get his first taste of current F1 machinery when he drives for Renault at the in season test in Barcelona next week. The first in season test of 2018 takes place at the Circuit de Catalunya next week, running on the 15th & 16th of May. Coming straight after the Spanish Grand Prix at the venue this Sunday, Renault have decided to run regular race driver Carlos Sainz for the first day of testing, before handing over to current reserve driver Jack Aitken for Day 2. Williams will run Oliver Rowland & Robert Kubica, Force India will run Nicholas Latifi, Nikita Mazepin & George Russell over two cars over the two days, and McLaren have...
