Mercedes still waiting on Hamilton

Four-time world champion Lewis Hamilton has yet to extend his contract with Mercedes beyond 2018 but talks are proceeding nicely says Toto Wolff. The Mercedes boss believes it's only "a matter of time" before the 33-year-old commits to a new deal with the German team. "Lewis has become such an important pillar within the team that it's a no-brainer that we continue with each other," Wolff said this week. "The discussions are ongoing in a very positive mindset and it's just a matter of time when we seal it and put a signature to the document."
