Sebastian Vettel ends Pirelli tyre test quickest in Abu Dhabi

Ferrari topped both days of Pirelli's post-Abu Dhabi tyre test as Sebastian Vettel posted the quickest time on Wednesday using Pirelli's new Hypersoft tyre. The German's 1:37.551, set in the morning, wasn't beaten or even close to beaten as Valtteri Bottas finished second fastest, more than nine-tenths down on Vettel – although times mean very little given it's a tyre development test. Max Verstappen was third for Red Bull ahead of the Force India duo who split their running. Carlos Sainz was sixth for Renault.
