Welcome to our live and interactive coverage of the 2017 Formula One season. Today’s Brazilian Grand Prix qualifying action comes to us from the Autodromo Jose Carlos Pace (Interlagos). With Lewis Hamilton and Mercedes already having wrapped up the drivers’ and constructors’ championships respectively there is very little to at stake in Brazil, so much so that Mercedes have elected to trail some 2018 components on their car this weekend. The new addition have done little to slow them down as Hamilton topped both of the opening practice sessions while Valtteri Bottas posted the quickest time in FP3.
