Force India secure fourth place in F1 2017

Force India has sealed fourth place in the F1 constructors standings following a strong haul of points in Mexico, equalling its best championship finish from last year. Both Force India drivers finished inside the points for the 15th time this season, with Esteban Ocon classified fifth and Sergio Perez coming home two spots behind in seventh. The 16 points so scored pulled Force India 99 clear of nearest rival Williams in the constructors standings. And with only 86 points on offer in the final two rounds of the season, the Silverstone-based team has done enough to secure the fourth spot in the championship.
