Hill: Hamilton's life balance has been very important
Lewis Hamilton is often in the spotlight at a events and occasions not connected to Formula 1, prompting criticism that his lifestyle may be his downfall, but Damon Hill believes that this variety to his lifestyle is actually what makes the Mercedes driver so successful. Hamilton is set to become Britain’s first four times world champion in Mexico City this weekend, with two races to spare. Hill, the 1996 F1 world champion whose late father Graham won two titles in the 1960s plus the Indianapolis 500 and Le Mans 24 Hours race, admits that even he was wrong to question Hamilton's lifestyle. ”I think his life balance thing has been very important,“ he told Reuters.
