Verstappen tops tight final practice at Singapore
Max Verstappen was narrowly fastest in the third and final free practice session ahead of qualifying later today. The evening session saw a closely matched trio at the top, with Verstappen edging out Vettel and Hamilton by small margins. While Ferrari seemed to have rectified their set-up issues from Friday, McLaren also enjoyed an impressive performance as Alonso ended the session fourth fastest, just ahead of team mate Stoffel Vandoorne who was just 5 hundredths of a second slower. Daniel Ricciardo was an unusual 6th after he topped the Friday sessions. The Australian did however abort his final flying lap at the end of the session after brushing the wall.
