Force India issue ‘new team policy'

Force India have issued a new team policy to their drivers aimed at preventing incidents such as their Belgian GP collision from again happening. Not for the first time this season Sergio Perez and Esteban Ocon made contact during Sunday's grand prix, forcing both drivers into the pits for repairs. Perez, who squeezed Ocon against the wall on the run to Eau Rouge, later retired while Ocon recovered to finish P9. It could, however, have been a whole lot better for Force India as both drivers were running well inside the points before the accident. As such the team has now issued orders that team boss Vijay Mallya hopes will put an end to these tyres of incidents. 'It’s hard to look back...
