Sauber sign ‘multi-year deal' with Ferrari

Sauber have announced they will continue to be powered by Ferrari after signing a new ‘multi-year deal' with Scuderia. The Swiss team mutually agreed to cancel the proposed 2018 partnership with Honda on Thursday and have now opted to remain with Ferrari instead. A statement read: ‘The Sauber F1 Team is pleased to announce that a multi-year agreement with Scuderia Ferrari has been signed. ‘The longtime collaboration with Ferrari as the engine supplier will continue with the latest power unit specification as of 2018.
