Sirotkin replaces Hülkenberg for Austria FP1

– Renault test driver Sergey Sirotkin will return to practice action at the Austrian Grand Prix on Friday, in place of Nico Hülkenberg, the team has confirmed to GPUpdate.net.Sirotkin joined Renault at the start of 2016 and has carried out four FP1 sessions with the team, most recently at the Spanish Grand Prix.Both of Sirotkin's 2017 FP1 runs have been hampered by reliability woes, with a hydraulic issue halting his run in Russia, before a water leak struck in Spain.Sirotkin will now return to the cockpit of the R.S.17 for the opening 90-minute session at the Red Bull Ring, partnering Jolyon Palmer.Sirotkin does not have a full-time race programme this year, though competed in the...
