Vettel ‘expects' Red Bull to join title fight

Sebastian Vettel is prepared for a resurgence from Red Bull as they plan to unleash their b-spec car at the Spanish Grand Prix. Many expected Red Bull to profit the most under the new aerodynamic regulations but they have been performing below-par since the start of the season. Three retirements this season has seen the team fall nearly 80 points behind Mercedes and Ferrari in the Constructors' Championship, while the RB13 has not had the pace to keep up with the leading duo.
