Max Verstappen leads Bahrain final practice session

Red Bull’s Max Verstappen finished quickest during the final practice session for the Bahrain Grand Prix, as three different teams filled the leading three positions. Verstappen registered a time of 1:32.194 during the final few minutes of the session to wind up 0.110s clear of Mercedes’ Lewis Hamilton, with Ferrari’s Sebastian Vettel third. Vettel, who was over half a second adrift of Verstappen, edged Valtteri Bottas by just 0.004s, with Ferrari team-mate Kimi Raikkonen only 0.031s further back.
