Nico Hulkenberg: “The RS17 feels good so far“

Renault Sport Formula 1 Team driver Nico Hulkenberg was content with the mileage he was able to complete on the final day of testing at the Circuit de Catalunya-Barcelona on Thursday, but was not so impressed with the way in which the scheduled wet weather running was planned out. The track was artificially soaked by tankers throughout the day on Thursday, but due to the timings of that and the Spanish sunshine, the track tended to dry out too quickly for teams to collect any substantial data about the tyres. “We completed a reasonable amount of laps in the morning; however the track dried pretty quickly so it was difficult to come to too many conclusions about the wet and intermediate...
