Rosberg: Drivers will be 'proper gladiators'

– Retired World Champion Nico Rosberg expects Formula 1 drivers to be "proper gladiators" in 2017, following the introduction of all-new technical regulations.Formula 1 cars are tipped to be three to five seconds per lap faster, depending on the circuit, as a result of overhauled aerodynamics and wider Pirelli tyres.On the third morning of testing in Barcelona, Rosberg's replacement at Mercedes, Valtteri Bottas, went over 2.5s quicker than last year's pre-season benchmark at the same venue.Rosberg, who retired from the sport just days after beating Lewis Hamilton to last year's title, paid a visit to the paddock on Wednesday and offered his thoughts on F1's new...
